I'm very very new to this, so I want to apologize for asking stupid questions.  

I want to stylize the widget so that it looks the same as it does on http://xavisys.com.  But I have no idea where to insert the css.  Am I supposed to make a .css file?  

My website is http://kelleyiskobe.com and the first thing i want to change is making 'about $s minutes ago' start on the line below the tweet.  

Again I'm sorry for asking this stupid question, but if you could help walk my through the initial steps I'd appreciate it!

I can't do all the styling for you (well, it wouldn't be included in the free support available on these forums) but you can add styles to /wp-content/themes/Bold/style-Light-Red.css

To move the mata data for a tweet to be on a new line, just add this style:

span.entry-meta{

display:block;

}
