Need help configuring CSS to alter the output of Twitter Widget Pro.

Using Twitter Widget Pro widget to stick a Twitter feed into: http://www.thebienieks.com/jamesmadisoncenter/

When configured, the widget outputs:

<div>
	<h2><a class="twitterwidget twitterwidget-title" title="Twitter: owencountygop" href="http://twitter.com/owencountygop" target="_blank">Twitter</a></h2>
	<ul><li class="wpTwitterWidgetError">Twitter is experiencing technical difficulties, when they get their act together, our feed will reappear.</li></ul>
</div>

If I'm reading it correctly, its reading:

<h2> (Standard H2 Styling for my sidebar div, which is resulting in red background)

<a class="twitterwidget twitterwidget-title">

Should I not be able to change the color of the title <a> tag with:

a.twitterwidget-title {color: #0f0f0f;}

What am I missing?
