Hi Aaron,

 

I updated my php 4 to 5 as advised and installed your excellent application. I received my API code and stuck it in the box as advised. I wanted to put a map at http://www.seit.ie/welcome-to-seit/contact-us/  and I got a message back saying that there was a error polling the google maps.

 

Apologies – I am not technical enough to know what information to put into each of the boxs – so I was wondering if you had a 'dummy's guide' on how to use your application properly.

 

After creating a locator for SEIT – I wanted to have a Googe map showing a location for all the members of SEIT on a seperate page – i believe that your application will allow me to do this once I figure out the basics.

After reading previous posts I found the answer – after getting your API submit it to the page – DO NOT put in any code into:

- Location Name

- Address

apart from your actually name and address into Aaron's excellent application. AND IT WORKS – Google maps does not necessarly appear fantastic but thats not Aarons problem
