I've just installed your plugin to my blog (wordpress v2.9.1) and when I tried to add the map I get the message below

Please try again.There was an error polling the Google Servers for http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&a…..mp;amp;z=7.

I've tried using both types of link (IM/Email and website link).  If I copy link into browser, it works fine.  do you have any ideas of the problem and how to solve it?

You're not supposed to copy/paste anything from Google.  Just fill out the information (address, optional title, etc) and the map will be generated.
