Hi Aaron,
I hunted for a featured content plugin with a film strip on the right hand side for a long long time before finding yours, and I'm very glad I did. But I can't get it to work. I know nothing about javascript and I'm working on a testing server, so I can't point you to my site, but I would greatly appreciate your help.
The plugin definitely does something. It creates a huge whitespace on my page (I put the template code between '<?php get_header(); ?>' and '<?php if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>') that extends horizontally and vertically for a few thousand pixels. I have another javascript plugin running — the multilevel navigation plugin – but even with that deactivated I get the same result.
The code outputted by the plugin looks like this:
<script type="text/javascript">
if ( typeof addLoadEvent != 'function' ) {
addLoadEvent = function(func){if(typeof jQuery!="undefined")jQuery(document).ready(func);else if(typeof wpOnload!='function'){wpOnload=func;}else{var oldonload=wpOnload;wpOnload=function(){oldonload();func();}}};
}
addLoadEvent(function(){
jQuery('#photos').galleryView({
start_frame: 1,
panel_width: 617,
panel_height: 300,
overlay_height: 60,
overlay_opacity: 0.7,
overlay_position: 'bottom',
nav_theme: 'C:wwwwebappsnewvisionwp-contentpluginsfeatured-content-showcase/js/themes/dark',
fade_panels: true,
pause_on_hover: true,
easing: 'swing',
show_filmstrip: true,
filmstrip_position: 'right',
transition_speed: 500,
transition_interval: 2000,
filmstrip_size: 3,
show_panels: true,
show_captions: false,
frame_gap: 5,
frame_width: 60,
frame_height: 40,
frame_opacity: 0.3,
pointer_size: 8,
frame_scale: 'crop',
panel_scale: 'crop',
});
});
</script>
<ul id="photos" class="galleryview" style="margin-top:8px">

I have created thumnails for four pages and ticked 'featured post showcase' on all of them.
Thanks,
Iain
P.S. Sorry to not have quoted my code as code. It was giving me some odd results.
