I'm having this problem too… Tweetdeck retweets seem to go through ok,
but those from Twitter (with the Retweet icon at the beginning when
displayed on Twitter) do not appear in the widget. Any ideas?

i have a map 400px x 400px, in any browser the map is fine but the get directions box is 4-500px wide and as a result you can only see half of it.

Is there a way to resize the get directions box so it's say 180 x 180?

Hello Aaron,

Before I happened to know your great plugin I used the complex YARP...

As it recently didn't work on some pages (?) and was a bit tired of searching in a rather complex program, I Googled for a while and here I am

I am a very satisfied and happy user as the plugin works perfectly with my actual configuration WP v2.9.2.

In my magazine type of theme there is a slideshow on index page and to select the articles for this slideshow we need to add a "featured" tag. Of course this disturbs a bit the "Efficient Related Posts" plugin.

As I see more and more theme with a featuring slideshow part, I was just wondering if, in the future, an "exclude tag" option could be implemented(?)

Is there a way to move the date to below the twitter post, to the line just below the post? I don't want them on the same line.

Like putting in an html </br> before the date?

Hello,

I have been starting to use your plugin Efficient Related Posts and on some pages, since they do not have tags without using a plugin, it shows "no related posts, yet"

As stated below I think it would be a nice option to be able to not show anything at all or even better, as the idea of the plugin is intended keep the visitor on the site to show

random posts
recent posts
random posts from a category (featured)

It would be very nice if you could think abour providing a convenient way to add these options.

I'm having this same issue. Please help. I'm running WP 3.0.1. It works sometimes but most of the times I just get the custom message I told it to display when it can't reach Twitter but my twitter account is fine.

I guess related to the previous post, a user defined name for the widget-class would be a big help in terms of adding "meaning" to CSS. Most of my text widgets are used for advertisements and quick codes and they do not have titles, so the ability to look at my CSS files or mods and spot exactly the class I am dealing with would be a big help.

It would also be useful if the TEXT title of the widget was also modified to the new name. When you have a sidebar full of text widgets, I would dearly love to be able to immediately spot the one I was after!

How difficult would it be to add a "tick box" for "User Defined Title" which if not ticked, else "defined by title"?

Would be prepared to help if needed.

It seems that my twitter page is fine, and twitter's status page says they're fine, but the TWP widget is showing that twitter is down. any info on this?

I selected the widget option to display the RSS button but am thinking of removing it becaseu it looks a little messy. The button and the name of the Twitter feed are jammed right next to each other with no space. Can I alter this is someone myself or must the software be revised?

Please advise.

Ok I found the solution. The information has to be ch anged in TWO places. INt the Settings reached from the wordpress admin menu under widgets (where I changed it first) but also I went to the eidget page and opened the widged and had to change the exact same setting there as well.

I installed the Twitter Widget and I initially set it up for 7 tweets to display. I think it clutters the blog so I changed the number of tweet to display to 5.

It has been almost a week now and the change (yes it was saved) has still not taken effect. Is this a know bug? PLease advise.
