EZDispatch – Dispatch Software for Auto Transport Companies

EZDispatch is a hard one to explain. It started as an in house solution for an auto transport company based out of San Diego, CA. They needed a software solution that fit the special needs of an auto transport company (which is quite different than any other kind of trucking company) for dispatching, and could work well with multiple offices since they were planning on opening another office out of state.

We developed a completely custom web based solution for them from scratch, which has since went through multiple iterations and upgrades. Dave eventually sold his auto transport company, but continues to sell EZDispatch as a service to other auto transport companies across the United States. It’s success really speaks for itself.

Since EZDispatch is actually software as a service and is not a regular site, you can’t see most of it’s functionality unless you try out the demo. Some of the highlights are the VIN validation which can verify that a VIN is valid, VIN translation which gives you vehicle information from a VIN, weight checking so you can make sure your load isn’t too heavy, SMS (text) messages to drivers when they get a new load, support for mobile devices, integration with online mapping sites, QuickBooks integration, an extremely simple user interface, and much more!
