The Acholi Beads product is completely hand-made by ladies in Uganda, which is amazing and made for some great imagery. While Acholi Beads’ extremely beautiful and unique handmade jewelery made for beautiful images that really brought the site to life, they also posed a bit of a challenge. Since each piece is so entirely unique, you can’t offer a photo of the exact item a person is going to get, or even let them choose the exact color that they want. Instead, we created a unique color chooser that lets the user choose a color group rather than a specific color (see it on their flagship product, the multi-color necklace). It’s things like this that really show exactly what Xavisys can do for you as we build or work on your site. Acholi Beads is built on two free packages, WordPress and Magento, yet is completely custom and truly fits the needs of the client.
